Welcome to Chegaga Travel. By accessing our website and booking any of our tours or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Chegaga Travel.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit of 20% non refundable is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable before or upon arrival, as agreed.
  • Bookings are not considered confirmed until a deposit is received and you receive written confirmation from us.
  • Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other secure methods agreed upon in advance.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Client-initiated cancellations:
    • up to 60 days before tour start date, a fee equal to the down-payment or 20 percent
    • 59 to 28 days before tour start date 40 percent
    • 27 to 15 days before tour start date 70 percent
    • 14 or less days until start of the tour and in the event of a no-show 100 percent of the travel price
  • Chegaga Travel-initiated cancellations: If we must cancel due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.), a full refund or alternative tour dates will be offered.

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to make reasonable itinerary adjustments (route changes, hotel substitutions, etc.) due to weather conditions, availability, or safety concerns. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, personal liability, cancellations, and lost luggage.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate personal information during booking.
  • Clients must be in good health and disclose any physical limitations or medical conditions in advance.
  • Clients are expected to respect local customs, culture, and the environment throughout the tour.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)

6. Liability Disclaimer

Chegaga Travel shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage during the trip
  • Delays or changes caused by natural disasters, airline issues, strikes, or political instability
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

We take every reasonable measure to ensure safety and quality service but assume no liability for events beyond our control.

7. Use of Website

  • All content on this website (images, texts, logos) is the intellectual property of Chegaga Travel and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
  • Misuse of the website or our services (fraudulent bookings, spam, abuse) will result in denial of service and legal action where appropriate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

Chegaga Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on our website.
