Once you arrive the village of Merzouga, you will meet the driver again to continue the tour to Todra Gorges.

Day 18: Marrakech – Cooking Class – Marrakech.

Meet the chef at 10:00 AM
Discover the secrets of Moroccan cuisine with local chef during this half-day cooking class. Accompany the chef to the market to select fresh products and learn more about traditional herbs and spices, then get hands-on in the kitchen as you create an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Pick up plenty of expert tips throughout the cooking class, then sit down to enjoy your delicious 3-course.
After meeting in the nearest point and checking if they have any food allergy, we choose which suitable menu for all parties(vegetarian and vegan). then while teaching the class how to determine the quality of the products, afterward we head to the location where we have the breakfast and you will learn you how to make Moroccan tea. Then we start the course. we start by making the main course using moroccan spices Ras Elhanout then dessert.

Day 19: Marrakech – Essaouira.
Marrakech to Essaouira – Drive to the Atlantic Pearl.
After breakfast you will head down to Essaouira. On the way to Essaouira you can ejoy the amazing of argan trees as well as you can stop to see argan forest and cooperative of argan oil if you would like that.
Exploring Essaouira is a delightful experience with its unique blend of history, culture, and coastal beauty. Visit the Medina of Essaouira which is the UNESCO World Heritage-listed old town. The UNESCO-listed Medina of Essaouira is a highlight, with its whitewashed walls, blue doors, and winding alleyways filled with souks, art galleries, and artisan workshops. Don’t miss the Skala de la Ville, the historic ramparts lined with Portuguese cannons, offering stunning views over the crashing Atlantic waves.
Next, stroll down to the vibrant port of Essaouira, where you can watch fishermen unloading their catch, visit the traditional fish market, or simply soak in the lively maritime atmosphere. It’s a great place for photography and cultural immersion.
Continue your visit with some leisure time at Essaouira’s wide, sandy beach. You may choose to relax by the sea, take a camel or horse ride along the shore, or even try water sports like windsurfing or kitesurfing, for which the city is known due to its constant coastal breeze.
For lunch, enjoy freshly grilled seafood at one of the local seaside stalls or dine in a charming restaurant tucked inside the medina, where Moroccan cuisine is served with an ocean view.

Day 20: Essaouira – Essaouira.
Relaxing Day in Essaouira.
Essaouira is a charming coastal town in Morocco, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing and enriching day by the Atlantic Ocean.
Start your morning with a peaceful stroll along the wide sandy beach. The sound of the waves, fresh ocean breeze, and tranquil surroundings make it an ideal way to begin your day.
After your walk, enjoy breakfast at one of the beachfront cafés. Treat yourself to traditional Moroccan flavors such as mint tea, fresh bread, amlou, and honey.
Explore the narrow streets of the Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Admire the blend of Moroccan and Portuguese architecture and browse through local shops offering handmade textiles, artwork, and beautifully crafted woodwork.
For lunch, head to a seafood restaurant by the port. Freshly caught fish and shellfish are the highlights here, often prepared with authentic Moroccan spices and flavors.
Spend the afternoon unwinding at a traditional Moroccan hammam. The steam bath, exfoliation, and relaxing massage treatment will leave you feeling rejuvenated and renewed.
Continue your day with a visit to some of Essaouira’s many art galleries and workshops. Discover the local art scene, meet artisans, and perhaps choose a unique piece of art to take home as a souvenir.
As the day comes to an end, return to the beach to enjoy a breathtaking sunset. The colorful sky reflecting over the ocean creates an unforgettable moment.

Day 21: Essaouira – El Jadida – Casablanca.
Essaouira to Casablanca via El Jadida
Departure for El Jadida ex “Mazagan”, an old Portuguese city, with beautiful ramparts and bastions. The visit will include the port, the ramparts, the Portuguese cistern, and the bastions offering a superb view of the city.
El Jadida, originally called Mazagan, is a Moroccan city located on the Atlantic coast about 100 kilometers from Casablanca. The city is not huge.
The trip allows you to discover El Jadida and enjoy the beach and the calm of this charming little town. Take the time to stroll through the narrow streets of the small Portuguese city and explore its ramparts. Do not miss the Portuguese cistern, underground water supply; built during the construction of the Portuguese citadel in the early sixteenth century.
Enjoy beautiful views of the city skyline and the ocean. Observe the fishermen who go to sea in small boats like those of Essaouira. And relax by the sea and enjoy the quite beach. As for most coastal cities of Morocco, it is possible to eat many varieties of fish, freshly caught or buy fresh fish for grilling. Then transfer to Casablanca.

Day 22: Casablanca – Casablanca International Airport.

At an arranged time you will be transferred from your hotel to Casablanca International Airport for your international flight back home.
